AYURVEDA CONSULTATION & TREATMENT
Ayurveda concentrates on preserving wellbeing and on improving our own ability to heal ourselves. Consultation and treatment is aimed at restoring balance of the basic constitutional factors, or doshas - Vata, Pitta, Kapha.
Ayurvedic Therapies
Almost all Ayurvedic hands-on therapies use Ayurvedic medicated herbal oils
which are guaranteed to be pure and are obtained from accomplished and respected
Ayurveda authorities.
All treatments are natural, revitalising, detoxifying and are specifically
tailored to individual's particular constitution bringing one's whole being
into a blissful state of balance.

of gentle pouring of warm herbal oil over the middle of the forehead or the
"third eye" area. Shirodhara is a fundamental part of ancient Ayurvedic medicine,
which believes that the brow is associated with key glands within our head
and that the Shirodhara therapy balances the central nervous system by gently
stimulating these glands. Typically, Shirodhara therapy can bring better sleep,
calmed emotions stress and anxiety, reduced depression and epileptic fits
symptoms, clearer thinking, better memory, and is considered an excellent
therapy for diseases associated with any health problems above the collar
bone.
